I am an in-network provider with certain Independence Blue Cross plans. For some out of state plans I may require payment upfront and I will give you a receipt for you to submit for potential reimbursement.
Highmark and Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield plans do not cover lactation consults, but an HSA or FSA may. I supply a receipt (superbill) for you to try and submit for reimbursement, but it is not a guarantee.
